After being a partner in an international law firm for ten years, he joined DWI in 2000 and has since then primarily focussed on all legal and contractual aspects of the DWI real estate projects.

The Management

Continuity both at the top of the company and among consultants and other staff ensures a deep understanding of client needs. Bergos is led by Managing Partners Dr Peter Raskin CEO, and Markus Zwyssig . They have formed the management team for over ten years.

Dr. Peter Raskin

CEO & Partner

Born in 1968, Swiss and German citizen, married, three children. Dr. Peter Raskin joined Berenberg Bank (Schweiz) AG as CEO in 2009. In 2013, he was appointed Group Head International Private Banking and led the bank’s expansion of Private Banking in London. He was appointed Global Head Private Banking in 2014, putting him in charge of Private Banking in Germany. Since 2016 and in accordance with his wishes, he has focused on the Swiss market. In 2018, a group of shareholders around Swiss and German family entrepreneurs, together with the management, founded Bergos Berenberg AG. With the independence of the bank and the establishment of Bergos AG in 2021, Peter Raskin remains CEO and is also one of the partners. He studied law at the University of Freiburg i.Br. and in Mainz. His career began at BHF Bank (Schweiz) AG in 2000, where he held a position as Member of the Board of Managing Directors since 2005.

Markus Zwyssig

Managing Partner

Born in 1960, Swiss citizen, married, one son. Markus Zwyssig completed his studies as a banker, is a Chartered Accountant and Controller and obtained an Executive MBA from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences. From 1981 to 1988, he served at BHF-Bank (Schweiz) AG as Head of Finance and Accounting. After joining Astley & Pearce as CFO and Head of Administration from 1988 to 1989, he returned to BHF-Bank, first as CFO, then from 1995 to 2009 as Member of the Management Board, being responsible for Operations as well as Finance and Controlling. Markus Zwyssig is a Member of the Management Board since 2009 and partner of Bergos AG.

Till Christian Budelmann

Chief Investment Officer

Till Christian Budelmann is a member of the Executive Board of Bergos Private Bank where he is responsible for the Bank’s capital market opinion as Chief Investment Officer. In regular formats such as podcasts, articles and commentaries, he looks at events on the international capital markets and analyses them in the context of economic and political trends.

Since 2004, Budelmann has been responsible for various investment strategies and has been a member of the Investment Committee, which he has headed for several years now. In 2013 he was appointed Managing Director and as of 1 March 2022 Budelmann joined the Bergos Executive Board. In his early years, he was responsible for the house’s equity selection, then fund management from 2009 to 2018, and then Bergos’ capital markets strategy. Budelmann is a regular guest on internal and external interview formats (Bergos Now, Citywire, Private Banking Magazin, etc.) and has published several extensive guest articles on business, science and politics in national newspapers (Neue Zürcher Zeitung, Börsen-Zeitung, etc.) over the years.
