Dr. Hans-Wilhelm Jenckel is one of the Shareholders of Bergos AG.
Dr. Hans-Wilhelm Jenckel has been an entrepreneur since 1992. He obtains leading positions in family businesses and has additional responsibilities in Switzerland.
After studying law in Göttingen, Geneva and Hamburg he kicked off his career working as a commercial lawyer for German and international M&A and Real Estate transactions.
From 1986 until 1999 he was a Partner in the international law firm Bruckhaus Westrick Heller Löber (today Freshfields). Later in 2000, he joined the DWI Group, where he is mainly focused on the legal and contractual aspects of DWI’s real estate projects. He is also responsible for the private equity area.
