Vice Chairman of Board of Directors
Adrian T. Keller is one of the Shareholders of Bergos AG. He has been a Member of the Board of Directors since 2006. He is also Head of the bank’s Nomination & Compensation Committee (NCC).
Andreas W. Keller is one of the Shareholders of Bergos AG.
Michael Pieper is one of the Shareholders of Bergos AG. He has been a long-standing Member of the Board of Directors since 1993.
Honorary President
Claus G. Budelmann is one of the Shareholders of Bergos AG and served on the Board of Directors from 1988 to 2025, including a decade as Chairman from 1999 to 2009. Since 2025, he has held the title of Honorary President of the bank.
Dr Andreas Jacobs is one of the Shareholders of Bergos AG. He has served as a Member of the Board of Directors since 2018. He is also a Member of the bank’s Nomination & Compensation Committee (NCC).
Sylvie Mutschler-von Specht is one of the Shareholders of Bergos AG and served as a Member on the Board of Directors from 2018 to 2025.
Andreas von Specht is one of the Shareholders of Bergos AG.
Hendrik de Waal is one of the Shareholders of Bergos AG and served as a Member of the Board of Directors from 2021 to 2025.
Dr Hans-Wilhelm Jenckel is one of the Shareholders of Bergos AG. He has served as a Member of the Board of Directors since 2025. He is also a Member of the bank’s Audit & Risk Committee (ARC).

Dr Peter Raskin is one of the Shareholders of Bergos AG. He is the CEO of Bergos AG since 2009.
Until 2018, the bank was Berenberg Bank (Schweiz) AG, then Bergos Berenberg (Schweiz) AG until 2020, and now, as of January 2021, Bergos AG.
