Hendrik de Waal

Hendrik de Waal serves as partner in charge of Real Estate Project Development, both in Germany and abroad.

Hendrik de Waal founded the DWI Group in 1991. Today he serves as Partner and is responsible for Real Estate Property Development in Germany and internationally as well. His special focus is on architectural design and concept.

He studied Aeronautic & Mechanical Engineering at ETH, in Zurich and graduated with a degree. After his studies he has worked in international project management for Philip Morris Inc. and Coutinho Caro & Co. Hamburg in East Asia and Africa.
