Simon Wanzenried

Chief Private Banking

Simon Wanzenried is Bergos’ Chief of Private Banking and a member of the bank’s Executive Committee.

He joined Bergos in 2025 and is a member of the Executive Committee. In his role as Chief Private Banking, he is responsible for the strategic development of the Private Banking division, with a focus on strengthening the bank’s presence in the Swiss market and fostering sustainable client growth.

Before joining Bergos, he led a rapidly growing team at Julius Baer from 2019. Prior to that, he held various leadership roles at Credit Suisse over many years. In total, Simon Wanzenried brings nearly 20 years of experience in Swiss private banking.
